This is a good hike that is very easy. Too easy if you ask me. I saw a lot of dogs walking around with their owners. They do not look like hikers, they look more like people that live there. The trail head is very near a residential area with lots of houses or apartments. The hike itself is rather easy and does not have a lot of elevation gain.

Start Of The Hike
It was a pleasant day and like all pleasant days, it was a good day for a hike. I put on my hiking boots, strapped on my hiking backpack, and went straight towards the trail head. “It should be an easy hike”, I thought to myself as I checked my pack for the hamburger that I bought for today. I wanted to have a good meal on top of a mountain today, and just enjoy nature and the views.

Going Up
The footpath was an incline going upwards with rocks, roots and trees on the way up. I took my time hiking up as I was not in a hurry and the day was very beautiful. It was a great day for a hike and there was nothing I would love to do than to enjoy the most of it.
Hiking Trail Ascending
There was an easier way to climb this which was to go to the side but I didn’t feel like going there for some reason. Maybe this trail reminded me of breakneck or maybe I just wanted to try the traction on my boots, whatever it was I just decided to get up the mountain through the smooth stone.
Hiking Upwards
Unfortunately, it wasn’t that exciting as the traction in my boots was more than enough to counter the slanted edge or the slipperiness of the slope. I hiked upwards without a care in the world and just trying to enjoy nature while I was in the Adirondack Mountains.
