It looks like tourists can become a US citizen. Just come here by plane, get processed as an asylum seeker and you will get processed. You don’t even need to live in these shelters. You can live with a relative, or someone you know. Just show up when they are going to process people. Once that is done, find a job, and wait for your visa.
