Michigan has very cheap houses. $125k for this one. But crime rate in Michigan is a lot higher than NY though. Like Detroit, MI vs. NY, NY, it is very high. I don’t think I will retire here unless I don’t really have money like if I am broke. But it is nice to know that I can afford a house where I can retire when I am 60 or more.
