NIH: Fluoride Exposure: Neurodevelopment and Cognition

“The NTP monograph concluded that higher levels of fluoride exposure, such as drinking water containing more than 1.5 milligrams of fluoride per liter, are associated with lower IQ in children.”

“After evaluating studies published through October 2023, the NTP Monograph concluded there is moderate confidence in the scientific evidence that showed an association between higher levels of fluoride and lower IQ in children.”

According to NIH, fluoride lowers the IQ of people. Drinking water more than 1.5 milligrams of fluoride per litter will make people dumb. Guess the amount of fluoride in NY tap water? It is 0.8 milligrams per liter (mg/L). I remember some states have 1.2 milligrams. The idea of putting fluoride in tap water came from Hitler.

It looks like the more tap water you drink, the dumber you are going to be. Water with plastic bottles isn’t good either since it contains lots of micro-plastics. Water filter is the best way.

Guess how much fluoride in a toothpaste? According to NIH:

“Most toothpaste sold in the United States contains fluoride in the form of sodium fluoride or monofluorophosphate, most commonly at a level of 1,000 to 1,100 mg/L (about 1.3 mg in a quarter teaspoon, a typical amount of toothpaste used for one brushing)”

“Estimated typical amounts of fluoride ingested daily from toothpaste are 0.1 mg to 0.25 mg for infants and children age 0 to 5 years, 0.2 to 0.3 mg for children age 6 to 12 years, and 0.1 mg for adults [3]. Fluoride in toothpaste, regardless of its form, is well absorbed”

Use non-fluoride and non-sls toothpaste. Be natural as much as possible. Including shampoo and conditioner. Dish soap and laundry detergents. They are most likely have a lot of poison also.
