I am asian or pacific islander so I qualify. I only need 125k now to live in Vermont. The weather there is not as good but not really that different from NY. It is a lot colder but with climate change, it should get warmer. Hopefully, it could get a lot colder also lol. I don’t really go out much so it really is not a big deal for me. Vermont is mostly white. When I went there for a ski trip, the people there were very nice. I would live there. No question. Very peaceful and good neighborhood.
