Buying a computer now, maybe a bad idea. The RAM part of the computer is very expensive right now. The manufacturers are making RAM for companies. They are making HBM RAMs which cannot be used on consumer PCs. Companies are using AI or switching to AI. There is a high demand for HBM RAMs right now so manufacturers are not making DDR SDRAMs which are for consumer PCs.
This shortage may extend to Christmas or New Year. Lots of people buy their computers at this time but it maybe a bad idea.
