If you work for a big corporation, the first propaganda that you will most likely hear is that “we are a family”. It is most likely a pretty brilliant guy who invented it. The corporations call everything family to make it sound good. Make everyone less likely to sue due to social pressure. The hedge funds are called “Family Offices” even though most of them are evil and really don’t contribute anything at all to society.
