Why are the homes in Florida so cheap? Is it the hurricanes or property taxes? This one is 260k. I can make that in 5 years. However, my guides say that I have to live in Utah or NJ. I have this feeling that if I get a house, I can just sleep there until the day I die which ridiculous. There’s property taxes so I probably need to work.
